Phase1 - Requirement review and Planning

Purpose

The objective of Phase 1 is to analyse the customer requirements in order to plan and define a product development program, which achieves the necessary quality, cost, and delivery targets required to support Nissan's project.

Description

The supplier shall analyse the RFQ, conduct a full contract review and reply to the RFQ with a commitment to meet all Nissan targets.
This commitment shall be supported by evidence of the supplier’s ability to achieve all targets.
